Organizations applying for a grant for the first time are required to submit a brief (no more than 3 pages) Letter of Interest by clicking here before a grant proposal will be entertained.

If the proposal is determined to meet the criteria, the applicant will be invited to submit a full proposal which will contain the documentation required by the board. This should be done by clicking here.

Grant proposals are awarded twice yearly in January and July.  The proposal submission deadline for each period is December 15 and June 30 respectively.
